CommManager
CommManager is a Windows
NT/2000/98/95 program that provides services to batch and wireless mobile
clients. Its primarily used to provide ODBC database connections to DOS based
Portable Data Terminals and Pocket PCs that can not connect directly to a
database. It can easily be expanded to provide many other services. These
include automatic report printing, paging and emailing. The CommManager

designer the flexibility to deploy as many instances of the CommManager as
they wish. This is especially important in that Spread Spectrum network
operations can be adversely affected in topologies where the CommManager is
not used to provide filtering of undesirable network traffic.
