REMS Managed Service

A cost effective way to procure REMS is through a Managed Service.  The only cost is the Managed Service contract.  Everything is included.  REMS Server hosting, all software licensing, all hardware purchases, all consumables, all hardware/software maintenance and all professional services (i.e. database administration, network administration and operator backups).

A Managed Service contract is also available where the customer hosts REMS on their own Servers, but wishes to have all other project aspects managed for them.

Advantages

REMS costs under a Managed Service contact are fixed.  There is nothing variable to budget for.  Disposition of used equipment is handled by the Service Provider under the terms of the contract.  Asset Management during the term of the contact is handled by the Service Provider.  All of this results in a reduction in man-power requirements for the customer.
