ROMS Asset Tracking

Inventory all the fixed assets (desks, chairs, computers, etc.) through out your facility. Print bar codes to affix to unlabeled equipment. Maintain location, vendor and warranty information online.

The ROMS Asset Tracking module is designed to allow Custody facilities to control the maintenance of valuable assets.  For every asset entered into the system, information such as service contract expiration and service telephone numbers are available for each individual asset.  This includes equipment such as computers and copying machines, but any asset can be entered into the system. 

Asset information is entered into the system via the desktop application.  Queries and reports are also available from the desktop application. 

Asset Inventories may be conducted using a ROMS mobile computer.  This allows the Operator to inventory equipment, regardless of its physical location.

The ROMS Asset Tracking module is designed to function seamlessly with the ROMS CheckIn/CheckOut module.  All Assets are entered into the ROMS database via the desktop application.  Any type of assets may be traced
