ROMS Billing

Invoice other agencies for inmates housed at your facility.  Both negotiated housing and over-stays are handled; Automatically checks the Release module for inmates scheduled to be transferred to another agency.

The ROMS Billing module allows for the accurate and timely billing of outside agencies for services rendered.  Different pricing parameters can be set for each agency or agencies may be assigned to a group, with pricing also assigned to the group. 

Queries and reports available to invoice outside agencies and to track unpaid invoices (receivables).  Additional reports are available that designate when invoices show be generated and mailed (or emailed).

Any beds in a facility may be assigned to outside agency use.  Inmates from outside agencies are assigned an attribute in the system that readily identifies them as associated with an outside agency.  This make it easy to generate queries and reports from the ROMS Inmate Tracking module for these individuals.
