Scan secure items in and out of custody.  Maintain an audit trail.  Print reports.  Locate items.

The ROMS CheckIn/CheckOut Module allows for the tracking of any high-value or secure item in a facility.  The desktop application allows for the printing of bar code tags for appropriate items.  This allows for the CheckIn and CheckOut process to be performed with a bar code scanner attached to the desktop computer.  However, item that are not easily bar coded may still be tracked by typing their identification number into the desktop application.

Queries and Reports are available in the desktop application to show what items are currently out and who checked them out.

Items entered into the ROMS Asset Tracking Module automatically become available for to the ROMS CheckIn/CheckOut Module.  Users with Administrator rights in the system designate witch items may be checked out and which items may not.
