ROMS INMATE COMPLAINT TRACKING

 

 

ROMS Inmate Complaint Tracking module allows users to input and track the investigation of any and all complaints lodged by inmates.  Management can generate and print report(s) for a single complaint, reports based on the type of complaint or even complaints made by individual inmates.

 

Once the complaint is received, the initial written inmate complaint is entered into the module as a new complaint by the receiving employee.  All documentation involving the complaint is then done using the ROMS Inmate Complaint module. 

 

The complaint is reviewed and approved by the employee’s supervisor.  Depending on your policy review of incoming complaints can be made by access the module.  The investigative assignment can then made and entered in the complaint report.  The investigation results are recorded in the automated report and reviewable by upper management and final approval.

 

Audit reports can be generated and printed for any time frame by the type of complaint or all complaints, including open and closed investigations.
