ROMS  Inmate Release

Maintain history of who/what/where/when pertaining to releases.  Verify release of inmate property and documents.  Closes Inmate Trust Accounts.  Notifies Property Room and Document Control each day.  Verifies inmate ID via fingerprint scanner (optional). 

The Inmate Release module in ROMS accesses information from other modules which would ensure that prior to releasing an inmate a positive identification is made via a fingerprint comparison.  It also verifies that there are no outstanding court actions and that any of personal property has been returned.
