Customers can submit Problem Reports, Requests for Enhancements, update their company profile, maintain their list of contacts and monitor the progress of all support activities through the Customer section of this web site.

 

 

 

 

Automatic Email Notification

 

When there are updates to the status on Problem Reports or Enhancement Requests, the Customer personnel specified in the profiles automatically receive an email notification with the updated information.  This eliminates the need to manually check the web site, without knowing if there are any updates or not.
