Secure sections of this web site, such as the Customer section, are opened in a separate window, apart from the main section that is open to the public.  Browsers see the opening of a new window as a pop-up event.  Depending on the browser and/or browser add-ons that are installed on your computer, you may need to add this web site to your browser ‘Trusted sites’ or add this web site to the ‘Pop-ups allowed’ list.  It Depends on your specific browser configuration.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

To gain access to the Customer section of this web site, add the URL to the ‘Trusted Sites’ list in your web browser.  For Microsoft Internet Explorer 6/7, click on ‘Tools’ and select ‘Internet Options’.  Then click on the ‘Security’ tab, click on the ‘Trusted sites’ icon and the ‘Sites’ button.  The appropriate URL (http://www.retrieversoftware.com) should already be entered in the ‘Add this website to the zone:’ box.  Click on the ‘Add’ button.  Click on the ‘Close’ button to exit the ‘Trusted sites’ dialog.  Now that you are back to the ‘Security’ dialog, verify that the security levels for this zone is set to Medium-low.
