Visual AppBuilder is a specialized Integrated Development Environment for creating Windows Desktop, Windows Mobile and Web Site applications. No programming, scripting or macro language is used.  Visual AppBuilder is 100% Object Oriented.   Application creation is done in an entirely visual manner.

Visual AppBuilder is NOT available as a general programming tool.  Visual AppBuilder may NOT be purchased.  It is available exclusively to Retriever Software Customers who have purchased an Enterprise License for one of the Retriever Software ‘Management System’ products (i.e. REMS, ROMS or RIMS).
